Greetings internet dwellers! All houses and scare zones have been revealed for HHN 34. That means, it's time for the Halloween Horror Nights 2025, totally non-controversial, Hype Lists. As I have been doing for the past few years, I made just a little graphic. No Topher's Log going into detail. Some may have noticed that I have been using my blog a lot more in recent months. For those not aware, a few years ago, I stepped back from HHN Legacy content. This was done for a few reasons. First and foremost, I had to focus on my mental health. Anxiety, depression, and an overall state of unwellness, took hold of me. I sought professional help for these matters and I still am actively seeing a therapist for all of this. In my overall time away from making content, I had to remove certain things around me. A component that was a constant fester, was being around certain parties within the HHN content creator space. I get to interact with a lot of other creators out there and 99% of those interactions, have not been kind. That constant state of negativity for so long, was a contributing factor to the slow eating away of my mental health. Over the last few years, I have been actively trying to erase that from my state of being. One way I did this, was to limit my social media interactions. I left my thousands of followers behind on Twitter, and got off that platform. I have been mainly posting to Instagram, which also automatically posts to Threads and Facebook. I also use TikTok. I still have been maintaining my uploads to Youtube with simple videos of scare zones and marketing content. That being said, I'm at a place where I want to try and begin posting more content again. It will be limited, but I hope to start doing more videos moving forward. Which brings me to time. Another reason I had to pull back, is I just don't have all the time I once had to post content. I work more than I did before, and I also have therapy in between all of that. Going back to the mental health space for a minute, I have to still work on that for myself. I love doing this. I love this event. I love making content. However, I have to not put too much pressure on myself to make the content. I won't be chasing the dragon, to try and get stuff out on a constant basis. I also need to work on doing this solely to not try and please others. I need to make sure I am happy first, which I have a problem doing. My video Topher's Logs will probably not return in the sit down fashion. Into The Fog, will probably never happen again. I just don't have the time. However, I am going to try and do more stuff out in the parks. How much, depends on time. And maybe more blogs, as these are easier for me to do. One more note before I get to the lists. I've had a few people approach me about doing podcasts in the last few years. I will still continue to decline those invites at this time. Now it is time for my hype lists. It's hard to believe that we are one month away from the start of the event. Especially give just how ungodly hot it is outside right now. Without further ado here is HHN Legacy's 2025 Hype Lists. Topher out.

Greetings internet Wellers!
The final house for HHN 34 has been revealed. And it's based on Wrastlin'. I know that a lot of HHN fans are going to be happy. Some people, may squint a bit. For me personally, I'm in the indifferent category. I'm not a wrestling fan. Never really was. I am always willing to give things a fair shot though, so we'll see how this goes. I know absolutely nada about what this is, so I am going in totally blind. The house is described as follows: "Go head-to-head with The Wyatt Sicks as they lure you through the ominous doorway to their shadowy realm. You’re about to meet your match." So there you have it. Wrastlin'. All of our houses has been announced. All of our Scare Zones have been announced. Our shows have been announced. All that's left is merch and food. Hype lists are inbound. Topher out. Greetings internet dwellers!
After a little premature slip-up that the property was coming to HHN this year, Universal has confirmed it is indeed coming as a house. John Murdy over in Hollywood, had confirmed it under the radar a while ago. The description is as follows: "Get ready for the night watch at a creepy, abandoned pizzeria, where nothing is what it seems and possessed animatronics are lurking." With that, we have one house remaining. I'm pretty sure most people who are following along at home, can guess what that is. For now, Topher out. Greetings internet dwellers!
First and foremost, yes there are scare zone props out in the street. I just can't get down there as often as I used to. It's one of the reasons I had to pull back a bit. I'll be out there at some point. To nobody's surprise, Nightmare Fuel is returning to the event this year. Nightmare Fuel: Circus of Decay, will bring its signature magic, fire, and sexy peoples, back to the stage. The lagoon show is making a comeback this year with Haunt-O-Phonic: A Ghoulish Journey. For those that don't remember, Ghoulish! A Halloween Tale didn't make it a few weeks, when Hurricane Ian damaged the show causing them to cancel it the rest of the run. We are quickly approaching the end of announcement season, with only two houses left. Stay tuned. Topher out. Greetings internet dwellers! Well, our zones and street entertainment have been completed. Yesterday, we got Mutations: Toxic Twenties. Sounds like New York is going to be overrun with mutated mobsters from the 1920's. There is also a nod to Bugs: Eaten Alive, with the toxic chemical doing the transformations being a similar chemical used to turn the bugs in that house, into mutated human eaters. Today, HHN is bringing back the phrase "street experiences" with two announced spots in the park. Mel's Die-In Zombies, will have zombie carhops. The other spot, Club Horror, seems to be populated by undead DJ's. No other information about these spots were given, just that they were happening. It appears we have all, or most of our street entertainment for the year. The recent closure of the Palace Arcade in the New York section, is prompting some speculation. Could it be something related to Five Nights at Freddy's? Or maybe an annex to the Tribute Store? There is the photo-op behind the HHN Bar, which is also returning. That being said, we still have two houses yet to be announced. Topher out. |
