Horror Nights once again decided to match the medium of film with their event. This time thanks to a licensing deal with Lionsgate, Horror Nights was able to bring the very popular Saw films to the event, among some others.
The Usher was our Icon for the year, but plastered all over the advertisements were Chucky, The Wolfman, and Jigsaw. The Wolfman of course is no stranger to Universal, but a remake was supposed to be released around the same time as the event, but was delayed until the spring of that year. The house would be modeled after the remake and not the classic version. Ripped From the Silver Screen, also had two houses that were sponsored by the popular horror magazine Fangoria. The first scare zone in Horror Nights history would also be making a return, and getting a modern makeover. |

Our director, Mas Imair and noted horror film aficionado, is bringing the massacre to life in blood-red terrorcolor. But the actors seem to be taking their direction literally and are “hacking” through the cast and crew.
