COMMENTS

While there are moments where Deadpool can become repetitive with its shtick, there's no denying the film wins on sheer entertainment value. Deadpool is raucously funny, self-aware, violent, crass; and it's all the better for it. Reynolds was born to play this role, and the character is fully redeemed from X-Men Origins: Wolverine. It will be interesting to see what happens to the X-Men Cinematic Universe going forward, now that Deadpool lives in it. The Flick is a fun time.
