COMMENTS

First time director Dan Trachtenberg, has crafted a beauty of a film. The less you know going in, the better. However, I must advise against thinking of this film as a direct sequel to 2008's Cloverfield. That being said, those going in with expectations of a direct sequel, will be pleasantly surprised by what they find. Anchored by stellar performances from John Goodman, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, 10 Cloverfield Lane is a thriller of Hitchcockian proportions. Riddled with twists, turns, intrigue, and suspense up the wazoo, 10 Cloverfield Lane will have you on the edge of your seat the whole way through. And it will keep you guessing until the credits roll.
