COMMENTS

As comedy sequels go, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, is one of the better ones. It builds off of what made the first film work, and doubles down on it. For the better. While, the film doesn't quite live up to the first film, it is still extremely funny when it needs to be. Neighbors 2, also offers a surprisingly sweet story as well, to add on to its humor. Unfortunately, where the film falls flat, is in Chloe Grace Moretz, who is giving it an effort, but ultimately doesn't quite get there. Her delivery at times, feels uncomfortable and it's all too noticeable. Still, in the end, Neighbors 2 delivers the goods for the most part.
