Greetings internet dwellers!
Well, it may not have been announced the way they wanted, but Trick 'r Treat will return to HHN. The property will be upgraded to house status this time. The Michael Dougherty directed film, was featured at HHN 27 as a scare zone. The scare zone was really popular with guests, and was highly regarded by most fans. While I am not a huge fan of this movie, I do want to see this property as a house. I think the material lends itself to being a house. The scare zone felt more like a traditional Halloween section of the park. Those unfamiliar with the movie, may not even have known it was even based on a film. With an upgrade to a house, those who aren't as familiar with the property, can see what its really made of. I would be amiss if I didn't make mention of the goof on Tuesday evening. Yes, someone hit the video button early on Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood's Youtube page. It happens. Hopefully we don't have any more incidents like this this year. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if we have one, or two others. It's just bound to happen sometimes with so many components running at once. Nevertheless, Trick 'r Treat is returning. To both coasts. I don't expect another announcement to happen until June. That's it for now. Until next time. |
