Greetings internet dwellers! Last night Universal Orlando released a short tease, of new information to come about the new version of The Incredible Hulk Roller Coaster. This morning, they made true on that tease. Universal Orlando released a plethora of new information about the changes to the ride. Not only did they reveal the look of the new trains, but the new story guests will experience on the ride as well: "General Thaddeus Ross is calling for volunteers for a new experiment. Your only warning is that you’ll be subjected to high levels of gamma radiation through a process called Hulk-a-fication – a potentially life-altering process first introduced by Dr. Bruce Banner. The end result is said to give subjects magnificent strength and a forceful amount of energy. Will you emerge as the military’s next super soldier…or something else entirely?" The Universal Orlando blog, also revealed a bunch of concept art. This includes the new entrance-way, which has a huge replica of The Hulk himself, holding up a piece of track (which they say was salvage from the old coaster). There is an all new queue experience, which ties into the new story line of the ride as well. Universal, also seems to be showing off their new trains for the ride a lot. Which is no accident. They look sleek, and while resemble the old ones, there are a few noticeable differences. Another thing to note, the new vehicle will boast an on-board audio system. It will feature a new score for the ride, by Fall Out Boy frontman, Patrick Stump. Universal released a video detailing the changes to the ride. You can see that below. Universal says, The Incredbile Hulk Roller Coaster, will re-open in "Late Summer." Comments are closed.
